Our family was looking for a car that would fit our growing family but wouldn't break the bank. We had gone to a couple dealerships prior and were not finding something that fit our needs. When we got to Visalia Kia, we were greeted by Matthew V, and he immediately got on the computer to find what we were looking for in their inventory. We decided on a 2025 Kia Sorento PHEV which we were pleasantly surprised with since we assumed we would have to get a used car to match our needs, but it was brand new. Once deciding on the car Matthew and the finance team worked with us to get us the car and we are now paying less than we were for our previous 2022 Toyota RAV4. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the amazing patience and service from Matthew and the rest of the staff.

Tried to buy a car here and told them I would send them my info to do the deal they said they couldn't couldn't sell a car online I had to be physically there lmao.. Trash ... go buy A Honda ..

Good luck talking to someone in service. My car has been reminding me for weeks that I need my scheduled service. I followed Kia's instructions to schedule an appointment. I was promised a phone call within 24 hours. Twice I submitted this request. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't gotten a call, so I called them.
Nobody picks up the phone in service. I called again, and told the guy who answered I'd like to talk to someone in person. He sent me to another number - supposedly a manager, and he didn't pick up his phone either.
Tried to schedule service on their website. NO APPOINTMENTS FOR A MONTH.

Went to the car dealership asked the guy a price. It was $48,995 with a $2000 discount. Had them run my credit and the price of the vehicle went up to $51,995. I asked about the price going up instead of down and they said oh yeah there's $3000 on add-ons that we put on. I told the manager that they needed to be upfront with me before they ran my credit if they were gonna do that very shady place that tried to get an extra $3000 from me. I ended up going to future Kia and they were honest very respectful and highly recommend them.

I went back after buying a car 2 years ago from Joe. Not realizing the staff had changed so much. The car sales guy was great but the manager who gets the rates and loans was terrible. They took advantage of the fact that I was desperate to buy a car cuz of an accident totalling mine. Told me 8% then came back and said 10%. Crazy thing is my credit usage is under the 30% payment history 100% and score of 748 snd they gave me a 10% rate at 10years when the credit union a few days later told me 8% at 5years. I have another car on my credit in excellent standings almost paid off so I get it i would have a little higher intrest rate. But then they charge me way over on gap and way over on the service agreement. The raido was super low none of them knew how to make it louder so I'm taking it to Bakersfield Kia. Needless to say Visallia screwed me over and they know they did because they are all greedy instead of having a heart t and helping me in my time of need and getting me a good deal whrn I have excellent credit they took advantage of me. I will NEVER go back to them again and I will never recommend them with the new staff. Unless you want to be taken for every time and screwed over well then I suggest you don't go to them. Then I tried to call them a couple days later to ask them to cancel the current contract and redo it with better rates after talking to my friend who was a finance manager for 35 years and told me she never allowed her staff to do what they did to me to people for the dealership she worked for and that it's the click of a button to cancel it. I was so upset. Again NEVER go to Visallia Kia the men working there are greedy and will take you for all you have. No one is asking for a hnad out hut comr on 748 credit score under 30% usage and 100% on time payments. And you packed on 2% extra so you can make it all as comission on your checks instead of realizing someone wrecked i to my parked car and totaled it and helping me get a good deal you screwed me over. You guys are terrible.

Our 2021 Sorento has been having transmission issues for over a year already but when my wife took it in originally, the service advisor said it is probably in her head described as "phantom issues" because of all the other problems our bran new car was having (weather stripping deteriorating in just a couple months, panoramic sunroof not closing, windows not rolling back up, software with phones not connecting, auto restart stalling the engine in intersections ..) that she could just be imagining the transmission messing up and it was actually fine since the diagnostic machine didn't find anything. Now that they have finally confirmed there are actually issues with the transmission (like many other people online complain about) they are giving me the run around about providing a courtesy vehicle saying it will take 2 weeks to get approval for a loaner car when I was promised by my service advisor they would provide one the next day. They have had the car for a week and half and are still waiting for a ticket to be submitted and approved so actual work can be done. And it's going to take another 2 weeks after the work is approved to get a loaner car is what I'm now being told. I have emailed management describing the discrepancies and asking why in the world it would take so long to get a loaner vehicle so we'll see what they come back with, but I would highly HIGHLY suggest you don't even bother with buying a Kia, and if you do, don't get one from Visalia or you will have an absolute headache dealing with their service department when your new car starts having issues. There are recalls and countless stories online from people describing exactly what our car is doing, but ours has no recall and the service advisor blamed it on Valvoline for changing the transmission fluid threatening that they probably used the wrong fluid and may have void the warranty. Just waiting in the waiting room and seeing how many other cars were coming in for issues and hearing the advisors discredit the customers was beyond frustrating. Run, don't walk away from Visalia Kia. Save yourself the frustration and financial burden they cause.

My 2021 Kia EV6 has been in their shop 3 times in the last 30 days, the 1st time they troubleshoot and tell me it's fixed. 2nd time same issue as first time, now they need to order parts that are on backorder. 3rd time 20 or so days later back again to have new parts installed, on a Thursday, and said it was fixed. Friday afternoon same issue ask for a loaner vehicle, Eric in service gives me the 3 hour runaround til they close on Friday for the weekend, and I have no vehicle. This is absolutely the worst place I have dealt with in Visalia.

Came into Visalia kia just to see the inventory they had fell in love with the Sportage and the salesman Angel helped me out answered all the questions I had and explain all the features on the Sportage looking forward to doing business with him and his staff
