I have been a patient at WakeMed Primary Care for a little over a year and have been overjoyed by the service and the status of my health because of their great care. All of the staff from the front office to the medical assistants and my provider are kind, caring, and patient. My provider, Kaitin, always listens to me and my goals and takes her time to check out my entire health. Another thing I love is that they have a portal where you are able to message your provider, and they are great about responding. I feel special and cared for every time I am here!

I was a little concerned after making my appointment and reading the negative review. But I kept it anyway. I couldn't be happier. I found Dr. Evan's to be very professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss how to move forward in my health care. Looking forward to a long doctor/patient relationship. The entire staff was awesome from check in, nurse, doctor, lab tech, and check out.

My husband also waded happily with his chaste a week earlier. Highly recommend this practice.

Started Lipid/ CMP Test without fasting.
Me and my wife went for an annual checkup at WakeMed Physian Practices. Although the receptionist was very friendly, however, there was a difference in who is your Doctor. Dr. Kathryn Cziraky asks my wife about the fasting before the Lab test and have recommended to take another appointment, whereas Dr. Bradley Evans doesn't check about the fastening and said OKAY for the LAB test. Later, I told the Lab technician that I ate the breakfast hour ago, however, she continues with the Lab test. Later, when I checked with my wife and she told me that her Dr haven't advice the same, we discard our Lab test and took another appointment. It could be a human error, however, what if the CMP & Lipid test have shown something else and then I will be wasting money & time on INVALID Lab tests. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

We had an appointment Today with Dr. Evans. He was very patient and friendly. We really liked him and will continue to see him as our Family's PCP. The front desk ladies were very friendly and nice too.
But the young lady who took the lab work was not so nice and was rash while she was drawing blood.

If there was a zero star option I would use it. The receptionists are nice. The doctors are pleasant and knowledgeable. But if you need to get a form filled out, good luck. I took my daughter in to her primary care physician for a physical for a summer study abroad program. The forms are used for travel all over the world, and so have a place in the vaccines for PPD testing and Yellow Fever vaccine. She is going to France and neither of these is needed. I asked the doctor to complete the form and leave this blank or write that I would send this later as I need to check to see if it is required. And as my daughter does not live at home, would need to get the PPD done elsewhere in any case. BTW, they do not administer YFV at their office. Her physician did not complete the form, but they called me and told me it was ready. I sent it in to find out it was incomplete. In the meantime found out she does not need PPD or YFV. Took the forms back to physician's office, her doctor is away, and no one else in the practice will complete and sign the forms. They are now one week over due and her physician will be back hopefully next week. But get this, they will not sign the forms because the form has a place to list PPD test date and YFV date. Since neither of these was done, should just be a matter of writing NA. But they will not sign or complete the forms. I'm trying to get a new form from CIEE the travel abroad program so she does not lose her spot (which we have already paid for). My daughter is healthy. I had the physical done. I just need the dr to complete the required forms, and they won't. This is the PCP for my entire family. We will be seeking a new practice for future needs.
