This store should be ashamed selling dirty and damaged furniture at ridiculously high prices. I was so disappointed. The outlet has dirty furniture which I assumed was just a floor model, until the salesman said the display was what the customer would be buying. Wayfair do better!!!

I went in during the soft opening to checkout what products they would have. I saw a lot furniture and decor at very reasonable prices. The team members seemed friendly and helpful. I will go back to look again in the near future.

Dressers are cheaply made, no deep drawers but front face makes you think they are deep. For returned goods and damaged too the prices are way too high. You can get better quality for less at Home Goods. Very disappointing.

I hate to be the one who writes the 1st review but here it goes. Wanted to see the outlet store Wayfair placed at Tanger. Once the home of the old Christmas Tree Shop. Upon arrival you are greeted by several sofas and odd pieces in the lobby. At first glance you will see the prices are outrageous. I think they actually may cost less online?? Throughout the store you'll see furnishings sectioned off by type of item. Most pieces are odds and ends with VERY high price tags. Half pieces of sectional sofas are a plenty (50% off on this particular date). All in the store are obvious returns. It appears that if you purchase from Wayfair online (for instance a 2 piece Sectional) and one of the sides is damaged, Wayfair brought the undesirable side here to rid themselves of it, however keeping the online price. This is only my summation. The store is nothing more than it was, just reduced now to a warehouse loaded with expensive returned furnishings. I do understand a furniture outlet with significantly reduced prices, this is not the case. It's quite obvious that Wayfair is attempting to recoup 100% of their loss. FYI: This business is Credit Card and carry. No Cash deals. I look forward to seeing what fills this location next.

This was the most disappointing shopping experience I have had in years! After a long drive to the highly anticipated Wayfair outlet there was a sign on the door NO CASH SALES. So, be advised you need a credit card. Not a deal breaker but very unusual. Once inside the large space you feel like you have walked into a bad thrift store. EVERYTHING is damaged, stained, ripped - seriously in disrepair and the prices are not much better than the Wayfair website. The damage on some pieces was incredible and the pricing was ridiculous -- in fact I thought someone put the decimal on the pricing gun in the wrong position!
Our company has a PRO account with Wayfair and order on their website all of the time with very few issues. This store is an embarrassment to the brand and I would be amazed if anyone would buy anything from it. The thrift stores have better quality goods at better prices if you want used and dank merchandise. I will never go back and am pretty sure that once someone goes they will also not go back. I was excited about visiting the store but it was a complete waste of time. I will be back to the website in the future but never at this store again. I do not predict it will be there long. This company charge the credit card and stated that they sent the item I have purchased for the first time ever. FedEx status is in transit for 5 days with no movement "out for delivery". My request to provide me more information is denied stating it is transit and will be delivered. At this point I regret that I used the company for shopping. They also refused to provide a refund. Unfortunately, I lost $200 while having business with this company.
