Have used them three times now to get to abs from Logan. First two times were great. Prompt and on time. 3rd time they called 3 minutes after they were supposed to be here saying they needed another 10-15 minutes. ( we booked an hr earlier and they said it was no problem). Frustrating as it just makes it harder for us at the airport. Had decided to just use them instead of Uber but this trip leaves me disappointed. We'll certainly give them another try and will update the rating if they improve.

Just to start this review off I think it's necessary to know that I've used this Taxi for years and I'm a regular customer and I always give a generous tip to all of the drivers! I live down the point and needed to get a round trip to Chelsea but I had asked the driver to stop in quick food (also down the point) so that I could get the rest of the money needed to pay the driver for the whole trip. While I was in quick food my plans got cancelled and I decided to turn back and go home. When I asked the fare to literally go back down the street that is less then a quarter of a mile away, I was told it was $11.00.
I thought this was a high fare considering the circumstances seeing as how we drove down the street and back. So when I arrived home I called to figure out if this was correct seeing as how I was in the car for no less then 3 minutes. To my surprise I was met with a rude, miserable and hostile women (who is also the dispatcher) on the phone who in so many words told me to F**k off and that I really don't care about your problem. I felt disrespected, cheated and frustrated not just because the incident itself. I was more upset that I have recommended this company in the past to friends, family and colleagues and have been taken the cab myself for several years. I'm also on a first name bases with most of the drivers and take the cab 3 to 4 times a week. With all that said I think all of your drivers are excellent and in my opinion you should either fire that dispatcher and give all your drivers raises or please get a new dispatcher. The current dispatcher lacks customer service skills and comes off as rude and rushed and is constantly putting you on hold. In this particular incident it was 3 times I was on hold. To conclude this dispatcher is one of the worst I have dealt with and I have dealt with many of them. I'm sure I'm not the first to complain about this and if you are ever looking for a replacement my network has plenty of quality candidates in which I think would run your dispatching and customer service much more efficient. I hope that this problem gets resolved because like I said I'm a regular customer to your company and specifically choose your company over uber and Lyft because I believe in supporting your community and not giving into the large corporations instead I try to help small businesses like yourselves.
