Really corrupt company that preys on international students, non-English speakers, and low income people by advertising deals (deals that they may or may not follow through with).
It's shocking that they're still around. If you Google just "Xfinity", their near 20,000 reviews with an average of 1.8 stars is hidden.

Working from home? Don't give your business to them. I'd gladly pay more (and am about to do so with another company) for increased reliability
I just cancelled after 3 months of service. Experienced 4 outages of 2+ hours (all of which were during work hours). You can't even get credit for your bill as recompense for the outages.
People in store will give you the same run around as the customer service reps via the chat feature. The only difference between the two is that the people in the store are not actively using Google translate to figure out what you're saying. I've had nothing but great experiences with this store. The employees are all really helpful and really polite. In the past year I've had really good experiences with Jacob. And this week Jonathan was great. They'll help you save money and select the Comcast/Xfinity package that is best for you

Please don't do business with Xfinity!!! I have nothing good to say about them. This is a big company taking EXTREME advantage of the small person

Three months ago I went to this store to cancel my Xfinity internet service because I was moving to another country. A staff member told me "you are all set" and I left. A month ago I received an email from Xfinity saying that I had owed 2 months' internet bills, and if I don't pay, a collection agent would be involved.

I was returning some equipment. The young man behind the counter took great care of me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great customer service!

There is so many reasons why. I hate Xfinity for all the stress and "I am sorrys" Every time after spending a hour or more to get a live customer service, I drive to Nashua store the only one , and always, always have a long wait line. Last time 1 hr and a half !! That time was to set up a new phone I got through Xfinity, 3 hours to set up Xfinity with Chris. My other phone service immediately sent the transfer # needed and anything else within minutes. Still 3 hours to activate the new phone. Next morning only had emergency phone service !! With great anxiety I drove back to Nashua store waited another hour or more to be served. It only got worse from there. Took back the phone got a transfer # to go to a new phone service. Then it became unbearable. 7 hours my phone # was being held until 6:15 that night. I talked to the transfer person 3 times but got no where. My friend was dying and my hands were tied waiting for the ability to communicate with her family. I hope you can hear my recorded call ! She passed and I blame Xfinity for taking my phone # hostage.

No I do not recommend this business. I had been an Xfinity customer for years, but they lost me due to poor customer service. I was about to enroll in all of the services because I wanted to streamline my utilities and have them come from the same company. There was such a mix up when I attempted to transfer my phones and so much back and forth with me doing all the legwork to try and figure it out; I just gave up. I actually think the wifi service is better at xfinity than my current carrier. But I'd rather deal with shoddy internet than careless customer service.
