WHAT A TIME! I went with a group of women for Galentine's Day for a wine tasting in New Buffalo. I believe this is the location near Union pier it was an amazing time. It was very packed that day (last Saturday) they were able to get us seated or

helped quickly. We arrived in a group of 14. The wines were incredible if you like fruit, wines and wines of different flavors this place is for you. They have a s'mores wine or raspberry truffle literally every fruit that you can imagine and a peanut butter and jelly wine. Lance (kcco) was awesome. They had cheese plates to purchase chips and other canned goods to buy as well. I left with seven bottles and I can't wait to return.

Stopped in after work one day since I was in the area and wanted to grab a couple bottles of wine and see my favorite bartender Carrie! Had a flight and some cheese and crackers (you can buy in the refrigerated case) and sampled the new seasonal wines. Love coming

here and just relaxing and having some sips with friends. Highly recommend if you love wine and want to try a variety of wines at a great price!

went for wine tasting took forever to get served. Server was not overly friendly. Ordered two cannolis and two from next-door was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. We went about 15 minutes later and it would be 10 to 20 minutes? Overall very poor service

and I am not happy.

Great place to stop for wine buying and tastings. I love the outdoor seating area which hosts live music and food trucks. Staff are helpful and friendly. The wine selection ranges from fruit forward wines to award winning upscale selections. I didn't try any of the

rum, vodka, or other spirits, but they looked interesting. Nice collection of snack foods, jams, salad dressings, pickles, and gourmet giftable items. Clean multi-stall washrooms. Highly recommend stopping here and stocking up!

Well I am so glad I broke down an ordered the Blueberry Cream Liqueur! So unique. Not overly sweet but exceptionally pleasing to the palate!

We love the huge variety for all palates, the regular introduction of new wines, and the willingness to try new beyond-the-normal offerings. We appreciate their very flexible "ship to shore" membership for us non-locals.

Fun place to try some new wine and ciders. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is not a menu but there are prepackaged snacks for purchase. You get to try 6 wines for $12. Great deal. Cute place has gifty things too.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Assistant manager was EXTREMELY rude to me as I was unfamiliar with how to place an order. The ambiance is very low grade. The place looks like a combination of library, tea shop, coffee shop and barn. Very limited choices of snacks and wine

choices are below subpar. Please close this place.

Since moving to the area everyone was saying if we like wine we need to check this place out. Maybe hearing multiple recommendations set my expectations a little high? It was very casual and felt more like a restaurant than a winery in terms of atmosphere. The wine was very

disappointing. We did a tasting and majority of the wines offered were extremely sweet, which I know some may enjoy and appreciate but not for me personally. I probably won't go back if it were my decision but if friends wanted to I would tag along.

I have been going to western Michigan to wine taste since before they charged for tastings--that's a LOOOONG TIME! ST. JULIAN WINERY is among the best and I'm glad I spent my birthday there this year. I don't like all the post-COVID changes, but all the wineries have made many

so it is what it is. I urge you to visit! A special thank you to Candice for moving me past the St. Julian label to the private select premium wines BRAGANINI RESERVE in particular!

I've stopped at this place many times to run in and grab some wine. This time I grabbed several bottles and went up to the register to pay and there was no one available. Everyone was doing the wine tastings. I stood there for 3 minutes with

not even one person saying they would be there to ring me up. I gave up and headed for my car. I was so disappointed as this is a 4 hour drive for me so I went back in and waited another 2 minutes before a young man left the wine tasting to help me. He did apologize but this business needs to have an employee at the register. Isn't selling wine your bread & butter?

I had such a great experience with service and tastings at the Frankenmuth location, that I thought it would be fun to do a tasting with friends in Troy. I made a big mistake and we will never patronize this establishment again. Upon arrival for our reservation we

were not greeted for some time, so we decided to take a seat until staff was ready. There was a large party, so we selected a high top some distance away to minimize the noise. When we started to move a couple chairs to accommodate the four of us, our server finally made her presence known and asked if we were the 2:30PM reservation. She then pointed us to the low top next to the large party and said "That table was set up for you, there is no moving chairs here" (Set up entailed one laminated menu that could easily be moved). We obliged, once the party disassembled it became even louder with the sound of several tables and chairs being moved. Shocking after we were scolded on our way in for moving chairs! Our server disappeared several times for long periods of time without checking on us. To top it off the server would not take both of our tasting Groupons, even though it did not indicated that only one could be used upon purchase and I indicated when I made the reservation that we had GrouponS.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting at St. Julian. Gregg was pouring out wine and was phenomenal and shared his knowledge with us. We also liked that this winery had other options, we tasted some whiskey and vodka as well. We also bought some spicy ketchup that we are excited to

try. They have an outdoor seating area which is a nice option for people to have rather than just standing.

Can you have mood lighting in a wine tasting room? Anyways the atmosphere here is a moody den type feel. It has a very dark feel to it. The long bar area is of a darker wood, which adds to it. You get 6 tastes for $12. They have a large

variety to choose from to taste, among an even greater number of options to purchase from. They rotate the selections. Currently their were 26 wines from dry to dessert and fruit wines, 7 Spirits, 3 hard ciders, and 4 non-alcoholic juices. I tried Sweet Nancie Peach, a sparkling wine. Lemonade Sangria and Frankenmuth May, both sweet white wines. S'more, a sweet red wine. St. Julian's Ice Wine and their seasonal Orange Creamsicle Hard Cider. Every wine I tried was very unique to itself, with complex layers. I liked them all but preferred the Nancie Peach, Ice Wine, the hard cider. The Orange Creamsicle hard cider was unlike any cider I've had before. The service was excellent and even though they were busy they kept up. You don't order wines and pay for your wines from the servers. Instead they have a separate counter with 2 people taking people's orders and paying for the orders and tasting. This creates a slow bottleneck waiting for them to grab all the wines, answer questions, and payment. Not the most efficient method. They were friendly though. Overall a 5 star review. Would I return? Yes I would. It was an overall very fun time.

This place is heavenly. If you are a member of their club free wine tastings. You can bring friends for free too. You get six tastings and also if you are member discounted glasses of wine. I found a new wine I love Strawberry Fields. It's refreshing

for summer by the pool. Perfection!! The staff is super friendly and helpful with suggestions. I will be back again and again
