Daniel’s 4-star review: I haven't had Japanese ramen for such a long time because vegan options are hard to come by since most ramen use pork bone broth. So when I found out about the vegan options at Ninja Ramen I know I need to come here and try it. And it did not disappoint. The udon was chewy, and the veggies were fresh. There was also fried tofu in it. I also asked for spicy, and those chili flakes were on fire. I would definitely come again and try the Thai options. -

Daniel’s 5-star review: I was craving middle eastern food, and when I searched the area Ginger Cafe cafe. We decided to dine inside since they don't have outdoor seating, and we started with the babaghanuj appetizer, then for the main courses we had the filet mignon and the Indian vegan entree for my friend and me, respectively. The food was amazing, and so authentic! It's a must try! -

Daniel’s 5-star review: I got Eggplant with Garlic Sauce and it's worth the hype! The owner came out and chatted with me. She was surprised to meet a vegan Chinese person, so she highlighted all the vegetarian/vegan dishes on the menu for future reference. They take orders over the phone and also on DoorDash, I would definitely order from here again so I can try other vegan dishes.

Daniel’s 5-star review: I came here for the matcha latte. I've been several times so far for both dine-in and drive-through, and I love their consistent quality. Be sure to ask for plant-based milk and no honey in your latte to make sure it's vegan. -
Daniel’s 5-star review: I love Thai Spice, the wait staff was attentive and friendly, and essentially they can make everything vegan for you upon request. I had Pad Woonsen, with extra tofu and extra spicy, and Roti Canai. Everything was authentic and wonderful. I wanted to try new places during my short stay in Corpus, or I would come here every day. -
Daniel’s 5-star review: I had the salad bowl with two scoops of tofu and loved it! I'm happy to find a vegan and healthy option in Corpus, and they have bubble teas as well! I would definitely come back! -
Daniel’s 5-star review: My friend Cass, a CC local, recommended Z Counter to me as the best Asian food place, so I took my West African friend here to try Asian food. She had seafood combo fried rice, I had Jap Chae with tofu, and we got scallion pancakes to share, and we loved our food. The portions were huge, and we had to take half of it to go. I always loved some simple fried noodles or rice, and Z Counter has just that. I would love to come back and try the Pancit and Singaporean noodles. -
Daniel’s 4-star review: I had the vegan beef fajitas omelet, and it was surprisingly great. For a place that prides itself on farm fresh eggs and meats, they are good at providing vegan options too, and kudos to that. It was packed on Saturday at noontime, so I got my order to go, would definitely come back.
