Primary responsibilities include working closely with senior faculty leadership at Kellogg to ensure that the content development and curation across channels aligns with Kellogg priorities and reflects the breadth and depth of research scholarship and business practice. The Director supervises a collaborative team of editors and analysts as well as a number of part-time contract writers, editors, illustrators, translators, designers, and technical support. This role requires a proven leader, strong science writer and editor, project manager, and strategic and creative thinker with experience managing a variety of projects from concept to execution across a broad media landscape.
Oversight of Content Development & Platform Management
* Leads and develops a creative team of editors, writers, and designers producing content across a broad media landscape, including the Kellogg Insight digital magazine, social channels, and multimedia (podcasts, webinars, Ebooks, newsletters, and more).

Minimum Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities: Feature Editor
* Creating professional, network-quality, finished highlights, long-form features and short-form video programs for both broadcast and digital distribution
* Coordinating with production on location/remote shoots, comfort with a producer role on packages, interviews, etc
* Extracting video from a variety of sources incl. video captured on Sony HD cam, XD cam, DVC pro hardware and other devices; through DVRs, online resources
