Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in preflight briefings, produce reports, perform safety checks, and prepare aircraft.
Ensure food, beverages, and other supplies are on board, sufficiently stocked, and delivered appropriately. Collect payment and/or provide an inventory of supplies to restock when applicable.
Make announcements, greet customers, check boarding passes, answer passenger questions, assist with bag stowage, and help those needing assistance.
Perform safety demonstrations, instruct customers on emergency equipment and exit row seating requirements, and use audio equipment.
Walk aisles to verify customers' compliance with federal regulations prior to take-offs and landings, as well as conduct periodic checks to ensure customer comfort.
Prepare customers and aircraft for landing, following company procedures and federal regulations.
Respond to any in-flight emergencies by providing necessary direction and assistance to passengers, including administering emergency first aid and completing injury/incident reports.
Complete and submit all required forms, reports, and paperwork.
Treat all customers and vendors with courtesy and respect.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States.
Valid US Passport, not to expire within 6 months.
Must reside within two hours driving distance of your assigned home base.
At least twenty (20) days per month of availability.
High school diploma, GED, or greater.
Must meet minimum age requirement of 21 years of age.
Ability to pass drug and alcohol checks, pre-employment DOT drug test, and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).
Must have and maintain a personal cell phone.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
Must be able to serve alcoholic beverages.
Customer service experience required; hospitality or retail experience preferred.

This role is a key contact as it relates to our railcar asset data and equipment maintenance needs and provides direction and supervision to direct reports in the areas of maintenance, shop and asset data coordination. This team will maintain up to date railcar asset, mechanical, lease and rider information. Additionally the team will manage the railcar repair and maintenance shopping events quickly, economically, and efficiently to minimize out of service time and provide value to our client. This role is also responsible to ensure compliance with all AAR/DOT/FRA and other applicable environmental, Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. As the supervisor, you will interact directly with the client, railroads, railcar shops, railcar owners, and other RSI personnel.

Provide leadership to a team of coordinators
Oversee the onboarding and training of new hires

Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager Recruitment and Workforce Development, the Training Specialist - Fixed Route develops, coordinates, and implements training programs focused on JTA fixed-route transit services and provides administrative support within the department.
Essential Function(s):
Oversee the development, implementation, and updates to the Bus Operator Training Program.
Ensure new operator trainees receive training in the safe and efficient handling of vehicles and equipment and delivering excellent customer service to riders.
Provide progress reports on employees under guidance during training periods.
Maintain complete and accurate training records, reports, and test results.
Deliver effective training using engaging presentation, training, facilitation, and coaching skills. Trainings include: introduction to equipment and proper use, bus simulator, refresher, return-to-work, and post-accident/incident procedures.
Act as a subject matter expert to provide employees with information on the proper operation of equipment.
Work independently or with subject matter experts, management or other appropriate personnel or outside contacts; develop material for new training programs; review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes to training programs and materials.
Select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
Prepare and distribute training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids; set up audiovisual equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in human resources, training, or other related field, from an accredited college or university.
Three (3) years of training related experience, including presentations. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Possess a Florida Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class “A” or Class "B" with passenger endorsement for at least two (2) years.
Complete TSI, FTA, and Smith System Training Certification within six (6) months of hire.

General
This is a full-time position that will report to the Supervisor of Maintenance Control and interacts with the Director of Operations, the Chief Pilot, Systems Operations Control staff, and the Company's flight crews. The responsibilities include the day to day aircraft maintenance needs of the Company involving a variety of maintenance tasks relating to the Company's aircraft and engines. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of all FAR aircraft maintenance requirements. Good communication skills are required, and the successful candidate must be able to exhibit the values and culture of the company while working with flight crews in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison on behalf of the maintenance department and communicates effectively with Operations, Flight Crews, Flight Mechanics and/others as needed as part of the daily operation;
Acts as primary point of contact for all mechanical discrepancies that may affect the daily operation of all Company aircraft;
Works with appropriate maintenance and supervisory personnel to determine whether discrepancies are deferrable under approved MEL and NEF guidelines;
Coordinates with Company maintenance and/or contract maintenance providers to work aircraft discrepancies and planned maintenance events so that aircraft are back into service with minimal downtime;
Works with SOC to coordinate travel to/from an AOG aircraft for flight mechanics;
Enters all maintenance related discrepancies into computer tracking systems as required;
Determines corrective actions based on aircraft service-history, analysis, applicable General Maintenance Manual (GMM) guidance, and Company guidelines;
Promotes teamwork amongst maintenance personnel and flight crews;
Upholds safety and security procedures and awareness;
Has the ability to obtain additional qualifications through training and education as needed;
Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Control Supervisor or Director of Maintenance
Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
Valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
Two (2) Years' experience on Boeing widebody aircraft
Five (5) Years' experience or more on commercial aircraft in a part 121/145 environment required
Ability to communication effectively; in both oral and written communication
Ability to read and understand technical documents and wiring diagrams.
Possess and maintain a valid Driver License and a driving record from the state of your primary residence that meets the Company's insurance standards
