The Business Process Analyst is the primary resource in the Americas region to develop, re-engineer, implement and support IT solutions and processes. You will meet the various business needs within the different Order to Cash organizations, with the goal of increased efficiency and cost reduction.
You will be responsible for
being the liaison among the various operating business lines, Global Business Process Management (BPM), and IT Management group for converting business requirements into technical requirements, managing projects related to implementation, supporting and optimizing existing systems and applications, and developing and implementing improved work process flows and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the user community with harmonized and best practice processes, using means of adaptability and critical business judgment
Analyze and develop cross-functional process flows for the Order to Cash debts of the various business lines.
Identify optimization potentials in existing Order to Cash processes and subsequent realization of the named potentials and support Global harmonizing, standardizing, and improving IT-supported Order to Cash processes
Primary contact and expert for IT-supported planning processes in the Order to Cash community
Transform business and process requirements into functional IT requirements
Define and implement new planning processes and systems
Roll-out of existing processes in production planning
Initiate and manage global process management projects
Participate and/or lead regional Order to Cash process community
Represent the business line in global communities and committees
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS or equivalent in a Business related discipline, Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
7 + years of SAP experience
Project lead experience preferred
Strong user expertise in the SAP modules SD, MM, etc.
Experience in process design and process documentation
Strong communication and presentation styles, with the use of various software and technology
Excellent knowledge of change management approaches and their successful applications
Spanish speaking would be a bonus as we also support our colleagues in South America
Target Salary Range:
$79,000-$143,200 per year (salary to be determined by geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data)

Job Scope
Huntsman is searching for a new Strategic Sourcing Manager, Americas - CAPEX, Maintenance, and Turnarounds for the Americas region. This role will be directly responsible for the strategic Sourcing initiatives in North America and LATAM, as well as support or lead Global initiatives in these categories, following established procurement policies and procedures to optimize overall value for Huntsman. This role will have direct reports.
In summary, as the Strategic Sourcing Manager, Americas - CAPEX, Maintenance and Turnarounds, you will:
Category Management: Under general guidance of the Senior Indirect Procurement Manager, lead the development and implementation of Categories Strategies in CAPEX, Maintenance, and Turnaround through the 7-steps Strategic Sourcing Methodology adopted by Huntsman.
Category Sourcing: Under general guidance of the Senior Indirect Procurement Manager, lead the collection and analysis of business requirements, key cost drivers, supplier capabilities, and industry trends to develop and implement category sourcing strategies that will optimize overall value for Huntsman while ensuring supply and quality.
Stakeholder Engagement: Under general guidance of the Senior Indirect Procurement Manager, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across the Americas region to ensure business alignment with the category sourcing strategies and ensure continuous improvement of supplier performance.
Negotiation: For CAPEX, negotiate supply agreements and contracts within the mandate and in line with internal procedures, terms and conditions, expected service levels, quality requirements and financial conditions. For Maintenance and Turnaround, support the Category Lead with same activities.
Contract Management: Create and support team to create supply agreements in line with legal guidelines. Ensure supplier contracts are approved, stored, and maintained according to internal procedures.
Supplier Relationship Management: Under general guidance of the Senior Indirect Procurement Manager, lead the development and implementation of the Supplier Relationship Management program for the CAPEX, Maintenance, and Turnaround Categories to develop and grow relationships between new and existing key suppliers and key business stakeholders to ensure long term value for Huntsman.

Advanced knowledge of multi-task computer operation in a Windows environment, particularly Windows-based PC systems, emphasizing Excel (i.e., pivot tables, vlookups, graphs) and related analytical tools (i.e., PowerBI), and PowerPoint proficiency.
Deep understand and use key financial indicators (TCO, EBITDA, ROI, payment terms, saving measures, mark-up setting, etc.) to help make better business decisions.
Experience implementing TCO initiatives related to Facility Services.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20%.
Ability to work in a Hybrid work environment, typically 1 day working from home and four days in the office each week.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing direct reports.
C.P.M., PMP, Lean/Green/Blackbelt, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, certifications strongly preferred. CLTD, CPCM, CCCM, CPSD and other related certifications.

Prepare regular updates for company officers, auditors, and the board of directors.

As a member of the Global Advocacy and Scientific Services Group, reporting into the global head Scientific Affairs, provide scientific and toxicology leadership for the Givaudan Taste and Wellbeing Division in order to ensure that products adhere to the global regulatory requirements and company's safety standards. Act as focal point to other business functions in these areas. Lead the creation of product documentation including studies and dossiers to ensure that new products are timely and efficiently registered with relevant authorities and sustain compliance.
Core Responsibilities
Product Safety Assurance
* Advise Givaudan management on emerging issues relevant to regulatory policy as well as issues impacting potential product safety or regulatory compliance
* Ensure all new and existing products comply with the company safety standards, customer safety guidelines, government regulations and trade association requirements
* Conduct safety evaluations, studies and risk assessments for food flavourings, botanical extracts, food ingredients, food supplements, enzymes and microorganisms
* Perform safety reviews of new substances developed by Science and Technology prior to and during sensory evaluation and communicate key aspects to enable development of products with a favorable safety profile
* Lead and manage the international interactions related to product safety and regulatory affairs between Global PSRQA and other internal functions (i.e. Global S+T and, Global applications technology and global creation technology groups
New Product Development
* Provide guidance for the product safety and regulatory aspects of new ingredient introduction and raw material maintenance
* Collect, manage, interpret and translate scientific information and provide computational toxicology capabilities to support and advance global Science and Technology initiatives
* Identify and incorporate new toxicology science technologies and tools into safety review process
Product Documentation and Registration
* Provide guidance to commercialization of new Givaudan technologies with timely registration and approvals of new molecules and products
* Lead efforts in obtaining and compiling relevant data needed including toxicological studies to support registrations and acting as the liaison between assigned S+T project teams and product safety
* Act as the go to person for various Science and Technology Projects
* Conduct literature searches and evaluations for relevant products and product families
Regulatory Policy
* Adhere to and identify potential needs for new policies that ensure consistent and compliant business practices
* Provide scientific and regulatory support to commercial and business teams
* Participate as a project team member for assigned S&T, Commercial, or Operation teams
* Provide leadership to Givaudan's regulatory and scientific advocacy program to support our current and future initiatives
* Interpret societal trends, scientific and technical data impacting Givaudan products safety
