The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and efficient execution of Front-End operations.

Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management.
Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions.

Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. + Lead the People Department manager by making sure the restaurant communicates all hiring needs, development ongoing training for all employees, follow ups, employee retention, and reviewing all people scorecard metrics.
+ Conduct some administrative duties including employee documentation, weekly reporting, and payroll.
+ Reviewing operational metrics daily and creating evolving actions plan to improve operational metrics.
+ Responsible for hitting monthly labor goals including approving hours added, overtime, and effectively creating crew schedules
+ Responsible for making practical restaurant decisions for example: hiring, firing, handling employees raise.
+ Available to work a minimum of 45 hours a week
+ Must be on call during hours of operations
