Summary:
This team member works closely and report to the CEO to develop, communicate, and execute key strategic growth initiatives. This team member will be focused on strategic planning, project management, business innovation objectives and display sound judgement on which markets to target. This team member will also lead transaction activities ranging from identifying, evaluating and driving joint ventures, creating strategic alliances, raising capital and other critical initiatives. This team member must exhibit outstanding relationship skills with both external parties and internal teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and establish a network of relationships with potential key strategic partners, investors and potential M&A targets
Analyze market dynamics and identify potential strategic partners
Explore strategic alliances with global consumer product companies that want to pursue a vertical integration strategy in flavors.
Lead and support corporate development through all phases of the strategy lifecycle including analyzing markets/products, developing materials, and completing potential transactions
Develop presentation materials to provide recommendations to the executive team and the Board of Directors
Manage research initiatives to compile data that leads to the defining the flavor technology value proposition
Communicates to all employees and stakeholders the strategic plan and how it supports the achievement of the company's overall goals.
Skills and Abilities:
Experience in licensing, joint ventures, co-manufacturing, strategic alliances, capital raising and mergers & acquisitions.
Experience in food, flavor, fragrance, pharma, beverage (coffee), or specialty chemicals industry is required.
Work closely with internal and external partners to manage prospective investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances
Must be a creative thinker and influential collaborator across the entire organization
Ability to think strategically, understand ‘the big picture' and exercise good business judgment
Self-motivated - can manage their own work in a fast-changing environment
Collaborative - able to partner with other functions/business leaders on complex problems and business issues

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
10 + years of strategic experience in management consulting, corporate development or investment banking.

On Line Design, Inc. is assisting our client to find a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Operations, the Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing, designing, and maintaining production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and food and occupational safety across all operations. Given the continued advancement of our operations and technology, the position also demands extensive collaboration with operations, engineering, R&D and product development in the identification and implementation of equipment and formulation solutions. This is an on-site position based in Hebron, KY location. This is a first-shift position. Must be U.S. Authorized. Local Candidates will only be considered at this time.
Background Required:
Hands on experience within a product and manufacturing environment with process engineering experience.
Understanding of basic manufacturing processes and equipment operations.
Demonstrated experience in using data in problem solving methods.
Willing to spend time in the production area, observing operations and collect information.

Become a process expert in the company's low temperature technology and all of its operations.
Support process improvement initiatives and lead projects that support organizational productivity and cost savings targets.

Monitor processing equipment and adjust process parameters to test, identify and set limits of production capacity.

Document and report on downtime, equipment and product issues for development of solutions.
Develop data driven progress reporting methods using both ERP and SCADA systems.
Provide technical process solutions, in combination with engineering & formulation scientist, for new formulations as well as for low yielding, slow running, unstable, or quality issue prone products.
Maintain process documentation, engineering and architectural drawings and procedures.
Create / modify AutoCAD drawings and have an understanding of additive manufacturing.
Work with maintenance technician to utilize and optimize maintenance plan and overall efficiency.
Support deployment of and training on new products and technologies, equipment or processes.
Requirements:
Must have a BS or MS education in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Experience in the Flavor/Food industry is a plus.
