Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers

* Review cargo forms for accuracy and corrects forms as necessary
* Perform interior aircraft cabin cleaning by hand, including sweeping upholstery, cleans windows, galleys and disposal containers in accordance with applicable paperwork
* Clean and service lavatories, operate lavatory carts and dispose of contents in accordance with established procedures
* May perform duties of a Provisioning Agent, including stocking aircraft cabin interiors for flights with equipment and supplies such as literature, disposal, and refuse containers and commissary items in accordance with applicable paperwork. Maintains an inventory of such items and supplies

Airport Ramp Agent

Ramp agents are responsible for loading and unloading aircraft baggage, guiding planes to and from their gates, operating baggage carts and performing other airplane servicing duties. Ramp agents have fast-paced careers and should be comfortable working in any weather, including rain, cold and heat. The ideal candidate is capable of working in stressful situations, under rigid time constraints, and potentially interacting with customers.
GAT at Hollywood Burbank Airport supports carriers including United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Spirit Airlines and jet Blue Airways. If hired, you will be assigned to one or more of these carriers to work the flights in a provided-shift.
Responsibilities for Ramp Agents
Safely lift, load, unload and transport baggage, mail, and cargo from aircraft to airport
Maintain on-time connections by guiding aircraft to and from gate positions
Protect baggage and other equipment from damage, loss and weather conditions
Drive and operate ground equipment, such as baggage tugs, cargo carts, service trucks, and belt loaders

Under the direction of the Reservation Manager, the Reservationist will provide a seamless guest experience by securing accommodation, dining, Spa, and resort experience reservations with a professional and approachable demeanor.
**Weekend and Evening Availability is Required**
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
Secure all resort reservations (accommodations, experiences, and dining) via phone and electronic booking channels.
using available resources to accommodate guest requests within parameters
Communicate with guests primarily via phone and e-mail, occasionally in person.
Act as a brand ambassador to curate "the perfect stay" for each and every guest
Provide back-up support for guest services staff members, as needed.

Strategically up-sell guests to maximize revenue
Provide tours to guests, if requested
Provide support for Sales Department
Maintain an approachable, knowledgeable, and accommodating attitude

Maintain knowledge of current area events, activities, and hours of operation

Requirements
High school degree
Comfortable working in a highly technical, multi-system driven environment
Knowledge of high-touch operations and service requirements
Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer literacy
Ability to multi-task effectively under fast-paced working conditions
Must demonstrate a professional demeanor and possess highly developed interpersonal skills
Flexibility with hourly schedules, including weekend, holiday and evening availability
PREFERENCES
Prior experience in hotel operations/ reservations
Experience working with Stay n' Touch PMS and Synxis CRS
