Key Responsibilities, The Flight Operations Aircrew Certification ODA (Organization Designation Authorization) program is responsible for ensuring United's designated pilot Evaluators are following all applicable rules when conducting duties as an AC ODA Unit Member. The Manager of Flight Operations ODA role will help lead the Flight Operations ODA team. The role will be expected to work closely with other departments within Flight Operations, the FAA, and other company divisions as necessary. Schedule Note: This is a hybrid position located in Denver at the United Flight Training Center. This individual will be an essential member of the project management team, supporting the successful execution and delivery of projects across a diverse client portfolio. They demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, and are keen to learn more about project management. In their role, the Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating effective communication and collaboration across various teams. The Project Coordinator organizes large projects and takes charge of smaller ones, monitoring progress, managing budgets and expenses, and suggesting or developing processes and documentation to enhance project efficiency and quality. They also provide operational support, ensuring team members are on schedule with their deliverables, conducting internal check-ins, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, creating action item lists, and communicating assignments, deadlines, and requirements. Central to this role's success is a fundamental understanding of communications and marketing, and the role that creative agencies play in supporting clients across various sectors. The Project Coordinator goes beyond supporting projects to the finish line; they contribute to setting standards, promoting innovation, and ensuring that every project reflects NJI's commitment to excellence. Responsibilities. Support the execution and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they align with agreed requirements and meet the highest standards. Organize and schedule project meetings, manage timelines, and coordinate efforts between various internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budget tracking, and meeting minutes. Act as a liaison between the agency's account management team and other internal divisions ensuring that objectives and expectations are clearly defined and planned for daily delivery of work. Contribute to the development and implementation of cross-functional processes and workflows, helping internal teams to adhere to best practices in project organization. Assist in managing project schedules and budgets, striving for the optimal allocation of resources, and contribute to efficient production scheduling and planning. Support in identifying potential risks to project budgets and delivery plans, and participate in implementing strategies to mitigate them. Help to ensure effective quality control measures, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure cohesive support for clients. Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including preparing presentations, data entry, and file management. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in project management to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging communication, teamwork, and positive interactions among team members. Skills & Experience. Involvement in managing projects, foundational understanding of project lifecycle stages, and project management tools. Proven ability to support and collaborate with teams towards achieving project goals. Experience in assisting with communications with stakeholders, including clients and partners. Participation in cross-functional teamwork in delivering client projects. Developing skills in streamlining processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Basic knowledge of quality control measures to uphold project standards. Familiarity of the U.S. political/policy landscape at the federal and state levels. Capability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Aptitude for proactive problem identification and solution recommendation.
