Where do we ship?

We ship throughout the entire UK. Please note that shipping costs may vary for different regions.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process your orders as soon as possible. Normally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on the nature of the product (frozen, fresh or ambient). For bakery products, additional waiting time may apply as these are made fresh to order. We do not ship or deliver during weekends and holidays.

In certain conditions, such as high order volumes or stock levels, we may delay an order. For instance, orders containing chilled items placed on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday due to the perishable nature of the items. Please note that the order processing times do not include shipping, which depends on the courier's delivery schedules.

We partner with Parcelforce for quick and efficient services across the UK.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will be contacted by Parcelforce with further information. After this point, any queries regarding the delivery should be addressed to the courier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact numbers are correct as Parcelforce uses this information for your delivery. If there are any changes, contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to alter shipping details once the order has left our warehouse.

Refunds

We take every effort to ensure that your products arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph and send us a copy, and we will assist you. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. More information about our refund and return policies can be found here.

Non-Delivery

Our carriers send regular updates via text/phone. If you haven't received your order, first check with the carrier. Occasionally, parcels may be delivered to alternative "pick-up-shops," which you will be notified of. Should an item be lost, please communicate with the carrier.
