I ordered the wacky pack always love the kids meals for calorie portion control. From the person taking the order to the other s that worked to deliver food every single person had a lovely sincere kindness that made you want to wait patiently to be served the area of this drive through is clean nice and new looking green patch of grass right in our view.

Do not go here if you can avoid it! Placed a very basic order of burgers; 3 plain and 2 with everything. Our order was messed up and we got all plain burgers. The girl taking orders repeated order back more than once and still got the dang thing wrong! Wait time was longer than 15 min because two workers were texting while another was standing around. Poor management, poor service. We will not come back here.

I had the chicken meal. The chicken was slightly burned and dry, the tatter tots were cold and there was ALMOST one whole onion ring.

Very disappointed, I put in an order at 11:03- didn't get my food until 11:27. I ordered 3 drinks, 2 small burgers and 2 small popcorn chickens from the 2/$5 menu. After my order said it was coming out, I had to wait a while longer and call in to remind them that I was still out there. Ms Hannah was very friendly and apologetic. However my popcorn chicken was very dry and quite a few had a bit of tendons in them, making hard to chew on them. I only recommend this place for drinks.

I commented how fast it was and she said there's no that many people today. I had to leave to get my kids, but the popcorn chicken are mostly bread and they're hard! The gator tots were okay, my drink was perfect. But the popcorn chicken brought the quality of the restaurant way down.

Went through the line this evening.

Would give no stars if we could! Waited in drive thru line for over 15 minutes with one car in front t of us. After we finally got to order we were told they can't do ice cream, the car in front of us got ice cream. Don't waste your time going to this one!

We go to this location regularly, only because it's close to where we live.
We have had SEVERAL problems.
The one that still "Gets me" is,
My husband went there and ordered the chicken strips and was told that they were OUT of them.
No problem, really. But his co-worker went over there five minutes later and he got them.
The only thing I can think of is that they sent someone out to Safeway or Smiths to buy more.
Obviously, it's an inventory issue.
I went a few days ago, only ordered a Route 44
Drink & a large Jalapeno popper, it took 20 minutes. There was only one person working the Hop. It WAS Happy Hour, (VERY BUSY) maybe someone called out. But the fact of the matter is they need at least FOUR Hop runners EVERYDAY during Happy Hour. Another employee showed up about 10 minutes into my wait, Thankfully.
Who knows how much longer I would have waited.
My husband has told me on NUMEROUS
occasions his order was either wrong, or it took way to long to get his food.

The manager Kelly is a real bitch. First of all, I worked for her mother, believe me, she was worse. She wouldn't hire me back, I was the best car hop they had in my opinion. I have received the wrong orders several times, which is unacceptable. I don't think she is good enough to run a restaurant like this and needs to be replaced immediately. I hated the fact that when I first asked her if I could come back to work for her, she said yes, then she said no. She needs to straighten up her attitude or fucking leave.

Always good for drinks! Love their new app which allows you to order online and get your drinks half all day long instead of their designated times. Love the green tea which is gold peak tea and isn't too sweet like the normal sweet tea.

This place took about thirty minutes to get out a simple order of three drink two grilled cheese a six piece honey bbq boneless wings and a chicken sandwich and they just kept coming up with fake sounding excuses on why it took so long like they had to get brand new chicken while they were only slightly busy when asked to speak to a manager they said he was oit and that there was nothing they could to compensate for their poor excuses and customer service. All I wanted was to buy lunch in a shprt amoint of time instead it took thirty minutes unacceptable!! My total of 23.98 and they were unwilling to to give a discount or anything how sad!! And when I asked if they had forgotten after twenty minutes they sad oh five more minutes sorry when they promised it to be ten minutes?!!
