Ranch 99 rocks.
In a very obvious case of racism costing you money, the Asian and Hispanic grocery stores are often 2x-3x cheaper and have better produce, meat and amazing in store dining options.
At ranch 99 you can get amazing duck and roast pork Sam woo style while you shop. It's so good and not too expensive especially compared to getting crispy duck out.
So yeah check it out if you're sick of complaining about groceries costing a zillion dollarsHelpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 4, 2024
This is not in Chinatown area so parking was amazing and deserves a four stars in itself! This was the first time I went to this 99 Ranch market location and I can't believe that. I never knew it existed. They did have everything I was looking for and the market seemed a little dim and sketchy outside, however on the inside, it was nice and clean. They had all of my essential needs for my Chinese and Vietnamese cooking requirements.

Great selection of groceries and imported goods. Prices are fair. I like the selection of fruits and vegetables. Service was good, cashier even recommended some stuff to me. It was a big store and had a good atmosphere for shopping.

Always love going to 99 ranch market. I love getting to try new veggies, snacks, frozen meals, ect. I also love Asian food, so it's like being a kid in a candy store. I want to try everything. They have a large selection including a pastry/coffee shop. They have a huge case of fish including some tanks of live fish. They even have places that serve lunch! The pricing is always reasonable. I highly recommend coming to this market if you are looking to try something different.

I prefer the 69 Ranch but that's in Nevada and is really expensive, so.
You know what else is in Nevada? This 99 Ranch, which is busy, and has tons of imported international goods that you may well love. It's worth a stop for sure, when you're in this part of Vegas. Food stands, a bakery, all kinds of delicious goods. This sort of place really improved the standard of Vegas eating, especially of the international variety.
I have 99 problems, and this ranch market isn't one.Helpful 11Thanks 1Love this 15Oh no 1 - Dec 15, 2022
Despite being on Maryland Parkway, this is one of the cleanest Ranch 99 shops in town.
Make sure to lock your car and be aware of your surroundings because it's not the safest location, but this store is well maintained.
The hot food bars never seem to be open when I'm on this side of town, but you can still pick up their 85°C - esque bakery items that are bagged after hours.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 2 - Charles S.San Francisco, CA010Oct 23, 2024
Just like Whitney's and London's reviews stated, you must be prepared to be treated poorly by the guards and sometimes the staff, especially around closing time. My experience, just today, was that I entered the store around 8:10 PM (closing time is 9:00 PM). The guard was lounging outside the door, smoking, chatting with some passerby. I held my breath through the cloud of smoke and then entered the store. At about 8:35 PM the guard left his post at the front of the store to walk all the way over to me to personally let me know that I had 12 minutes left to shop: meaning that the store was closing early, at around 8:45 PM instead of the advertised 9:00 PM. This was probably because I was just about the only customer left in the store by that time; any others probably already learned that you had better leave early!
Bottom line: As long as you don't mind being treated rudely, being singled out by guards, and being shooed away 15 minutes earlier that you planned, then you might not mind shopping here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Diana S.Summerlin, Las Vegas, NVJan 16, 2025

Selection of products was not the greatest, however, the store seems to be clean and well-maintained. Live seafood section didn't smell overwhelming fishy. Produce sections were well kept. Lines moved fairly quickly, and the cashiers seemed nice and patient.
