OMG. BEST BURGER. this was delicious. The buns were so bronzed and perfectly sprinkled with sesame. The beef? Absolutely scrumptious. I could tell that it was derived from the most physically fit and well fed cow around town. Painfully deliciously juicy and and perfectly pink. I couldn't think of a better pinkness to my beef. And the bacon was crisp and delicious. The cheese... oh my the cheese. It was so ethereal. The way it melted and elegantly sat upon my beef and those golden buns. This melted gold was a blessing for my taste buds. And the fries were so perfectly salted and scattered in my brown bag, adding a sense of genuine authenticity and homey-ness that I've lacked for oh so long. The staff was incredible and I could not imagine a better place to spend my Saturday night

I was here yesterday & I wanted to sit & eat in. Omfg, I finally found a two seater table & by the way most tables were dirty w/ crumbs & food.

I hate, a restaurant that wants ur money but don't really care about the customers space to eat in. Some many restaurants take ur money but NOT interested in the clean ambiance, it's unsanitary & unhealthy you must sit behind ppl w/ dirty hands or a cold bc the tables r not sanitized & cleaned after eat customer.

So, I had to use my sanitizer wipes to clean off a table to sit & eat.

Not cool , I don't leave my house to clean elsewhere. Management, need to do better they have like 8 to 10 workers & 1 or 2 can't check the tables & condiments area? Ijs

Been so long since I have had Five Guys - still love it when in the mood for a burger. Very convenient location in midtown and best to go early before the lunch crowds to avoid the longer wait time.

Burgers, hot dogs, fries, drinks, milkshakes...they have it all.

They clearly do not understand how online ordering works. If you say an order is to be ready at 8:00 you don't wait until you completely clear out the in store line to start cooking the burgers. When I arrived at 8:04 when the order was to have been ready they were serving #3 & they severed all the way up to #14 before they even STARTED to cook my burgers. 2 cheeseburgers & fries supposed to be ready at 8:00 I arrive at 8:04 & received my order (after asking for it 3 times) at 8:22. 22 minutes late & many people came in to the store, ordered, received their food & left before they began cooking my burgers. Even if they didn't start cooking them until I arrived I should have been out of there 10 mins later! Absolutely ridiculous.

Grabbed a burger before a fight night at the Hammerstein ballroom across the street. Ordered and got my food quick.

So at the end, it's still the same burger. But this spot got extra points for serving up some delightfully crusty patties. The meat is still unseasoned but if you add some salt or cheese then it's a good bite.

Always speedy service and delivery. And Always a perfect meal to add some sustenance into a long day. I was having a tough morning today, and the kindness of their team members pretty much gave me the energy I needed to reroute my perspective. I had my mask on so I'm sure they didn't notice how much of a grump I was feeling, but just them regularly practicing professionalism and going the extra mile for their customers really made a difference in my experience! I found myself eating my burger and head nodding to the music as if my morning went just as well. So thanks for helping me shift focus and for deliciously filling my belly!

Five guys made our order on time but I don't know where did yelp delivery guy gave our order to.

I walked in and just trash all over the floor i was there for about. 40 mins last night 01/07/22 the place looks dirty. Out of 5 or 6 works not one person did a lobby check I don't think I'll come back or have many of my friends ever eat at this spot again no thank you.

The staff was friendly, and very busy with the crowd before and after us. I ordered a hot dog with mustard & relish. My husband ordered a burger - no fries. He got coke, & I got water. We served ourselves at one of the two drink machines that were working. They also had a flavored ice tea dispenser. We found someplace to sit, but it was so busy that we had to gulp and go. A tour bus unloaded just as we were finishing up. They needed our seats.

By the way, my hot dog came with catsup & relish, not mustard and relish. It was so good that I didn't complain. It was also filling. My husband said that he could have used more lettuce on his burger, but it was good as it was.

Came to get an order of fries. The girl gave me old fries that were sitting there and I had to ask for the extra scoop. After she gave them to me she had attitude. Smh ...I won't be back to this location...
