Absolutely loved how much inventory they have and sales staff was good. We have been looking for a sofa sleeper.They had 2 styles in stock. Price and quality was great. BUT this review is really about the two gentlemen that delivered the sofa. They were amazing (sofa sleeper is not light ). They were very conscientious about the sofa itself, and carrying it in and even making sure that they did not scuff or bump the walls. Great service!

Shawnda was exceptional with us. She took the time to get to know us over the last few weeks that our house was being completed. Each time we visited the store for updates she greeted us by name even if she had to shout to us from across the store.

Furniture was delivered today and Chris and Justine took the time need to ensure no damage to our new home. They tested each recliner and ensured the bedroom set was centered to my wife's liking.

This place is awesome !!! We bought a couch from here and Saved $1000 on the exact same couch as Ashley furniture. And we got free delivery very quick. Definitely would recommend this place !

My favorite store in the area! We moved to Jackson from Marietta, Georgia last year, and needed a sofa ASAP. We went straight from closing on our house to Furniture World and picked out a nice sectional. The prices are great and they delivered the same day! I was so impressed that I took my mom there when she moved a few months ago, and she got a beautiful sofa and love seat, then went back a couple of weeks later and got a mattress & box spring, a large rug, and a swivel recliner. The selection is by far the best in west Tennessee. Plus the service and prices can't be beat!

On August 1, 2020 my wife and I bought two Wall Hugger recliners but they only had the floor model and may have had one in the back but couldn't find it. They told us they had some on order that were to arrive in 3 weeks. In anticipation of our recliners coming, we got rid of our old recliners before the arrival date. We did not hear from them on the delivery date so we called to see what was going on and was told they had to push it out until Oct 1. While we were talking he said he thought they had one in the back and this time he was able to find it. So we went to pick it up with the expectation the other one would arrive later in October. That day came and went, and when called to see what was up again was told it was pushed to November 25th. I called again November 13 and was told they once again had to push it out to January 2021 and was told that they may not get the item in ever. You can see this story is one sided, that we did all customer service and seems to me once they get your money they forget you. We suggested additional discount or credit to make things right but they were not hearing it. Also we asked them to take the one recliner back since we bought it with intention of it being a pair but they were not doing that either. John told us "that's just business". So much for making it right for your customer. If you are in the market for any furniture I would avoid this place like Covid-19 unless they are going to deliver your order in its entirety and you are physically looking at it in the store. I was filing fraud charges with the NC Attorney General but my wife talked me out of that, so I will spread the truth everywhere else. Buyer beware.

I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star, unfortunately there is not... I purchased furniture for a sitting room less than a year ago. At this point the leather on the furniture has cracks on it that have made the furniture unusable in my home....

I contacted the store MULTIPLE times in an effort to resolve this & each time they referred me to another company. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to have FW contact them. I forwarded the contact person's info to FW and they didn't follow up. And then they lied about it! I know because I called the manufacturer back they informed me no from FW ever contacted them.

I've made multiple purchases from FW before & referred other people to them too. I sincerely regret doing both now. Do yourself a favor & shop elsewhere!!!

If I could give Furniture World Discount warehouse a -1000 review rating, I would! Me and my boyfriend came here to buy furniture for our new home, we were treated rudely rushed and when asking about promotions were denied and acted like we were bothering them. We had issues with delivery and set up and hide things missing once everything was delivered. Everyone but one woman working in the office and the delivery guys were rude. When I went in To pick up my furniture pieces that were missing I spoke with the owner, who yelled at me and told me that I should take my business elsewhere. When I explain to him the amount of money I spent and how poorly I was treated he yelled at me and continuously try to make it as it was just my problem. I've never been to a business where the boss told me to take my business elsewhere, let alone disrespected me. I don't know about y'all but a grown old man yelling at a 22 year old female just doesn't sound right to me.

Do not buy form Furniture World! We purchased a bedroom suit. We were building an addition that this bedroom suit was going to go in but we went ahead and purchased it in case it wouldn't be available when we were ready for it. Once we completed construction and put the bed together we realized that they didn't deliver the frame. We've called many times & tried to get a frame. They have put us off & have been rude. Told us we couldn't get one. We even offered to purchase it AGAIN and no one will even help us.

The prices are great! We got a really good deal. Some things are overpriced but some are really cheap. Seems overwhelming when you walk in but the staff will show you just what you're looking for. They charged the wrong amount at first but then fixed it which is annoying because it'll take a couple days to get fixed. They didn't do it on purpose just double check the receipts

This place is awful the big guy that works there is so rude! Go to big lots better prices found furniture $200 cheaper!
