I graduated from this school in 2017 with a Certificate degree in Ultrasound. I was able to successfully acquire all my required licensing and find a job within months of graduation.
The ambiance and decor of this place is very quaint. It is considered a historical building, so a lot of the original architecture is still intact; it is quite interesting. The student body consists primarily of international students who make for interesting conversations if one has the time to get to know them.
As with any teacher or school, students will only receive as much as the student puts in. All the resources are there, one just needs to find the right questions to ask, and the right places to look. The staff is there to help anyone with academic or sometimes even personal issues (like housing).
There are those who come here for ulterior motives, and think they will get a free ride without putting in any effort or making any sacrifices. Some do not show up to class, some think they're still living in the comfort of their parent's homes. Let this be a fair warning to those who think life is smooth sailing: There are those who face adversity and find a way to survive, and there are those who are petty and leave 1 star reviews.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John P.Antioch, CA0150Oct 20, 2024
No follow up from coaches when emailed questions. It definitely is a diploma mill for foreign students.

Don't waste valuable years of your life! Holds no value! Graduate but not when it's worth nothing!

This school is a joke. I went there to play basketball because they had hired Gary payton to coach. They lied to the players as well as Gary himself as he has just quit due to not getting paid in 3 years here. We were lied to about the financial aid we would receive and so I left. I have now tried to reach out and request my transcripts in order to properly transfer to a new school 4 times to multiple faculty members and have not heard back. Extremely unprofessional and shady business being done at this "university". All the 5 star reviews must have been written by fake accounts as that is the only reason this school could have such reviews.

I had the pleasure of flying from Atlanta, GA to Oakland and was seated near the football team. They were some of the most respectful group of young gentleman I had ever met. I enjoyed the meaningful conversation we had and learning about where they came from. I wish nothing but the best for them. They entertained my daughter and were super respectful.

My daughter was misled regarding financial aide. I will be contacting the department of Education and filing a formal complaint, if this University does not rectify this financial Aide situation immediately. She will not be paying $10,000 she should have been given financial aide the first year. Lincoln stop with the shady business practices. The Department of Education will be made aware of what is going on with this financial aide scam . This $10,000 loan is totally ridiculous my child will not leave this shady University in debt .
Lincoln deserves ZERO starsHelpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Maria B.West Alameda, Alameda, CA11859Sep 11, 2018
Small university with good location. I study here for the 2nd year and there are pros and cons like everywhere. Overall if your aim to study - there are plenty of opportunities to do so. Library and Student Services do really a lot for your individual and professional success. All the books you can borrow from the library and useful events are organized on a regular basics with no or small cost. The advantages are also affordable plan payments and individual approach to students. The disadvantages are housing and accreditation issues. However the board is working towards receiving WASC accreditation. Overall a good option to start in the USA and explore the strength of yourself. We are the creators of our own reality)

Worst school ever. They lie and cheat. CPT is a joke and a scam. They have international students living in the worst conditions and working illegally to pay for school and stay in the country. They lie and say that they can give you work permit. Only for a very short period of time mostly non extendible and it costs so much money you wonder why you work. The head of school is racist towards Arabs and Muslims. they rely on shady companies in poor under developed countries to recruit students for them. They promise so much and give so little and after coming here you have no choice but to pay them. BEWARE!

Asshole! This is my last semester and I came for register. Staffs tried to find out if the advisors come so I can get the one. The DIRECTOR OF THIS SCHOOL ACTED REALLY ASSHOLE!!!!! I wish he could get fired or terminated on his job. He never know how to talk with people, always show the aggressive face and shit speech. He doesn't know how to solve the problem at all. This is so good that I will graduate soon. I'll try everything to report and sue them if they do even any small mistake! Some organization could come inspect this director would be great. He is totally unprofessional, aggressive and impatience. Again, this asshole shouldn't have worked in this title. He doesn't know how to communicate, talk with students, even show sign of unprofessional face and annoyed.

The school is small, but the education quality is very good. The intuition fee is affordable compared to other universities in Bay area. The professors are highly knowledgeable and have a lot of business experiences to share with the students. Lincoln University is accredited by ACICS and is WASC's candidacy. It offers CPT and OPT legally for students who would like to gain work experience in US. I like the school so far.
