To connect to the internet using the Yesim eSIM:

• go to Mobile Data settings;
• turn on the Yesim mobile line;
• activate Data Roaming;
• choose Yesim Internet line as the main connection.

Be sure not to select the "Remove Data Plan" option, as this will delete the eSIM profile.

Our prepaid eSIM phone plans are designed for data-only solutions and do not come with a mobile phone number. To make voice calls and text communications, we recommend using VoIP apps such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, or Skype. This way, customers can stay connected globally without needing to buy a standard international SIM card from mobile operators, carriers, or providers for travel.

Each QR code is a unique identifier that can only be used on one device. It cannot be reused on any other device or on the same device once the eSIM profile has been deleted. This ensures that the code remains secure and is used only on the intended device.

You can only use Yesim on all compatible Apple and Android phones. Please check the full list of compatible devices to check if your smartphone or tablet is eSIM supported.

The eSIM data plan duration will start right after the purchase is complete. If you are not planning to use your mobile internet right away, you can tap "Activate later" during the purchase of a new prepaid data plan and activate it during the next 12 months.

You can do it easily. We'll send you a push notification and an email when you use up 70% of your data, so you can top up your Yesim account any moment from our app if necessary. The app will provide you with various payment options, making it easy to choose what is most suitable for you.

Yesim offers refunds for eSIM data plans and top-ups purchased within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for data plans that have been used or expired. Ycoins are non-refundable, except in the case of confirmed technical malfunctions. Refund requests must be made via [email protected] or the contact form in the Yesim application. You can easily use your Yesim profile to share mobile data with other devices. All you need to do is install the Yesim profile on your device and turn on Personal Hotspot in the settings. This feature is enabled by default on your account, and there are no additional fees for using it, though any data used while tethered will be deducted from your plan.

Yes. You can keep using WhatsApp, SnapChat, Telegram or other messengers together with prepaid eSIM from Yesim.

Make sure to check that your new smartphone is compatible with eSIM technology before transferring your profile. Reach out to our team to have a new eSIM profile created, and log into your Yesim account on the new device to install the QR code. Don't forget to confirm that you are using a different device so that the settings can be updated correctly.

You don’t need to sign any contract to use Yesim’s eSIM card. You can activate and deactivate it at any time, depending on your travel plans.

Yesim’s data plans are contract-free, with no roaming fees included. You pay only for the traffic you have used according to the eSIM data plan you bought.

After using the allocated amount of high-speed wireless data, users still have access to unlimited data. Fair Usage Policy allows users to use the internet for web browsing and emailing, providing uninterrupted access to online services at a lower speed.

The speed of mobile data can be affected by many factors, such as the type of smartphone you are using, the available network technology, the websites or applications you are accessing, the time of day, network congestion, other factors in the transmission path, and the cell tower's or area's data usage. Additionally, the download and upload speeds depend on the country's network infrastructure and boradband connection type. Low internet speed is usually caused by a mobile operator's poor coverage and can be remedied by rebooting your phone and sending us screenshots of the internet speed with and without LTE mode enabled.
