마르웬콜(Billage of the Dolls in UK[3][4])은 아티스트 겸 사진작가 마크 호건캄프의 삶과 작품을 탐구하는 2010년 미국 다큐멘터리 영화다. 제프 말럼버그 감독의 데뷔작이다. 로버트 제멕키스가 연출한 2018년 드라마 웰컴 투 마르웬의 영감이었다.[5][6]

플롯

2000년 4월 8일, 마크 호건캄프는 술취한 뒤 크로스드레서라고 말한 뒤 그를 거의 때려죽인 다섯 명의 남자들로부터 술집 밖에서 공격을 받았다. 9일 동안 혼수상태였고 40일 동안 병원에 입원한 후 호건캄프는 뇌손상으로 퇴원하여 전생에 대한 기억이 거의 남아 있지 않았다. 치료를 받을 여유가 없었던 그는 자신의 마당에 1/6 규모의 제2차 세계 대전 시대의 벨기에 마을을 세우고, 그 마을을 자신과 친구, 심지어 그의 공격자들을 대표하는 인형들로 채움으로써 자신의 마을을 만든다. 그는 마크, 웬디, 콜린이라는 이름을 섞어서 그 마을을 마르웬콜이라고 부른다.[7]
