프란 나트 루트라
Pran Nath Luthra프란 나트 루트라(1917–2000)는 인도 공무원이자 작가로서, 북동 인도 난민들의 재활을 위한 그의 공로와 그의 재임 시절 쓴 글들로 가장 잘 알려져 있다. 그는 아삼 주지사의 고문이자 서벵골 정부의 노동재활부 서기관이었다. 인도 정부는 1972년 그에게 세 번째로 높은 민간인 상인 파드마 부샨을 수여했다.
전기
프란 루트라는 1917년에 태어났다.[1] 1939년 인도군에 입대하여 1955년 인도 프런티어 행정국(Frontinute Administration[2] Service)[3] 그는 1960년까지 북동쪽 국경에서 근무했으며, 그 기간 동안 1856년에 외사부 특무관을 지냈고, 1957-60년에는 나가란드 청장을 지냈으며, 1963년까지 국경 도로 개발 위원회(현재의 국경 도로 기구)에서 특별 임무를 맡았다. 그의 다음 행보는 1971년 4월 서벵골[3] 정부 노동부 추가 서기관으로 임명되어 1973년 3월 공직에서 은퇴할 때까지 머물렀던 아삼 총독의 보좌관 겸 디스푸르였다.[3]
