Lowers the target's Speed by one stat rank when the user's attack move against it is successful.

Trip Up (Japanese: 攻撃時素早さダウン Speed Reduction During Attack) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of lowering the target's Speed by one stat rank. The skill can range from Trip Up 1 to Trip Up 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of lowering the target's Speed. Trip Up 9 will always lower the target's Speed. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including Buddy Move Icon Masters.png buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.

The skill will act independently of the move's innate chance of lowering the target's Speed (if applicable). If the Pokémon has access to more than one Trip Up skill, each will have a chance of activating independently of each other.
