Hi, I'm Steven, my pronouns are he/him, and I'm 26 years old. Hablo español.

I first started playing Pokémon casually around 2009 (and was invested in the BW release cycle), fell off in 2013, picked up Pokémon Go for a few months in 2016, and then finally in 2021 I fell headfirst into Pokémon again and all of a sudden became a hardcore fan how did this happen my entire life is Pokémon now????

I've been lurking on Bulbapedia for about as long as I've been a Pokémon fan (as one does), but only made my account in 2023.

A little bit about me

I'm a trans man, asexual, and greyromantic (basically means I'm not "completely" aromantic but it's close). I'm also both mentally and physically disabled: I'm autistic and have ADHD, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, anxiety (or more specifically GAD), and chronic pain from arthritis as well as some general undiagnosed orthopedic weirdness. I use a rollator part-time and will complain about accessibility to anyone who will listen. Readers, if you think you could benefit from a mobility aid, consider this your sign to get one-- don't worry about what The Ableds will think.

I enjoy both writing and drawing and have approximately a metric truckton of OCs and WIPs (ask me about my Fakémon?). My favorite movies are Back To The Future, Whisper Of The Heart, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, The Truman Show, Little Shop Of Horrors, Pinocchio (1940), Toy Story, Mulan (1998), and Moana. My favorite shows are The Simpsons, Lupin III, and Little Witch Academia. Other interests of mine include Mario, Splatoon (Flingza Roller main), Discworld, Vocaloid and UTAU (I am woefully uninformed on other vocal synths), Schoolhouse Rock, linguistics, They Might Be Giants, Dropout (formerly CollegeHumor), Little Shop of Horrors again but the stage version this time, Homestar Runner, Sanrio, and Pathfinder. I also have way too many plushies and a considerably more reasonable amount of Funko Pops. Oh and my favorite animal is elephants.
