No, the source is https://www.flickr.com/photos/usdagov/4944667853/, which part of "This image or file is a work of a United States Department of Agriculture employee, taken or made as part of that person's official duties" or "As a work of the U.S. federal government, the image is in the public domain" do you not understand?   — Jeff G. ツ 01:27, 12 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

What photos? I only see one referenced here.   — Jeff G. ツ 01:27, 12 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
without EXIF. --Sayabel (talk) 00:33, 12 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The only EXIF on the Flickr page is unuseful and was not transferred for some reason by Artix Kreiger when using Magnus Manske's Flickr2Commons tool, but here it is if you want it:

JFIFVersion - 1.01

X-Resolution - 96 dpi Y-Resolution - 96 dpi

No, this photo documents a family which stood in a plot of tall grass plantings on a farm in central Iowa on 31 August 2010 at 09:33, as viewed by the camera of a United States Department of Agriculture employee, taken or made as part of that person's official duties. If it's important enough for the USDA to photograph and post on Flickr, it's important enough for us. Also, if something were to happen to that family or that plot of tall grass plantings, this photo could help preserve their memory. Do you want to go after all 8,909 files in Category:Files from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Flickr stream, too? If not, this appears to be a revenge DR due to my addition to Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Sayabel or my notifications on User talk:Sayabel.   — Jeff G. ツ 01:27, 12 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
