Overview

AIR Media-Tech (Agency of Internet Rights) is a digital media company focused on content management and creator monetization. It was founded in 2010 by Serhiy Bielousov and Stepan Mykhailov in Kyiv, Ukraine. Currently the company operates in more than 40 countries.^[1]. History

The company was founded as a local initiative in Kyiv. In 2011, AIR Media-Tech became a certified YouTube partner^[3], marking its entry into the broader ecosystem of creator support. Over time, the company diversified its operations to include partnerships with other platforms, such as TikTok and Google.

In 2022, AIR Media-Tech acquired ScaleLab^[4], a media network based in California^[5], to expand its presence in North America, Latin America, and the Middle East. The acquisition was funded internally and facilitated by BDO Corporate Finance Ukraine.

AIR Media-Tech provides tools and services for content creators.
