Protanopia is a 2024 American independent horror feature film written and directed by Matthew Mahler and starring Timothy J. Cox and Anthony Carey. The film marks Mahler's feature film debut after making a number of acclaimed short films, many of them also starring Cox.
Plot
[edit]After Luke's (Anthony Carey) sister goes missing, he begins having dreams of a strange house. Unbeknownst to him, that house is owned by Alan Roscoe Jr.(Cox), passed down to him after the recent death of his father (John Mahler). But something about this house isn't quite right, and Alan seems to tend to it in strange and disturbing ways.
