After reading up on the {Infobox person} params for another article, I happened to notice the Callsign parameter (having enjoyed the ham radio hobby in high school & college). So, while adding the W1AW callsign to the page's infobox, I scanned through the article and saw that the Marriage section had several unrelated (no pun intended) paragraphs after the first one. Hiram's Accomplishments seemed the obvious choice for a new section Header to split the successive paragraphs into. And the original paragraph's topic seemed more-suited to be titled Marriage & Family.

Texas company called "Maxim Silencers"

Not sure if it is a "Tesla" type thing but they say they were established in 1895. Although that would not gibe with Maxim's work history, they make industrial noise suppression installations like ducting, so it seems like it might be related to him vs. a car muffler or weapon suppressor company trying to capitalize on name recognition.108.28.226.250 (talk) 03:20, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
