May fail WP:GEOROAD. Like Pureza Street, it uses Tumblr thread Historiles ([1]). For Juan Ruiz it contains three sources:

Unsure if these three sources provide notability strength to the article, if ever these three sources are used as references instead of Historiles.

Delete no hits on both GNews and GNews archives. Also the archived links of the articles mentioned by nominator (Manila Bulletin and NHCP) do not mention Ruiz or the street associated with him. --Lenticel ^(talk) 12:29, 12 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect or delete. What I'll say here would otherwise be considered primary source but...trust me when I say there's nothing really notable with this street other than being the street after which a train station was named for.
