I don't see any particularly convincing claims of notability here. Founding an obscure sports club (an unreferenced article that, I might add, was started by the same user) is no real indicator of notability. Neither is a puff piece in a magazine no one's heard of. (Seriously, we're talking about high-level puffery. Let me quote some of the interviewer's fawning words: "He entered Moldovan journalism like a meteorite... He knows how to gladden the hearts of our sports fans... I've always liked people who love to work without complaining [... such as] Mihai... He's come up with yet another interesting idea" "Mihai, it seems you've achieved your dream!" "I like to see how optimistic you are." "Isn't your wife jealous that you spend so much time with beautiful girls?")

In short, this individual doesn't appear to meet WP:BIO, and there does seem to be a fair amount of promotion going on here. - Biruitorul ^Talk 16:26, 13 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Update: I received a message titled "stubbornness" from the article creator, which may be of interest. "You're a mindlessly envious hater. How the ____ is that article bothering you? How frustrated do you have to be to target such minutiae? My English is simply not that great, but Mihai Burciu is one of the most prominent figures in Moldovan sports. To admins: Do not listen to this hater. I know all wikipedia criterias about notability. I have over 200 articles created and about 6000 edits on romanian wiki. Mihai Burciu is a notable person. In moldovan mass-media and MD virtual space are many articles about different events of Mihai, in two languages: romanian+russian. I just can't develope this article. My english is not so good, so i can write long articles. And i don't want to spam that wiki page with a lot of links for this small amount of information that i have added. I must add that Mihai founded the only exclusively female sport club in eastern Europe - CS Femina-Sport Chișinău. In just two years of existence, they becomed multiple champions in Moldova in various types of sports. I think those words enough to close the case. I don't want talk and reply to this user: Biruitorul. I think he has something personally against Mihai Burciu (both Biruitorul and Mihai Burciu are romanians, and maybe they are in hostile relations) XXN (talk) 22:17, 13 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You don't seem to know about WP:NPA - keep this up, and you may be blocked.
