Ten-year-old BLP without reliable sources. An AllMusic biography exists, but beyond that I have been unable to find more than passing mentions. The content is promotional. I had turned the page into a redirect to Jellyfish (band), which already provides ample information on Manning and apparently is the project he is best known for, but that was reverted without improvement. Keep NMUSIC says that a musician may be notable if the artist "has released two or more albums on a major record label". Manning has released three albums internationally (Japan and US) and has three major record labels to count (Pony Canyon, Warner Bros' Cordless Recordings and Oglio Records). Keep as the review by Billboard and review by Prefix magazine, together with two allmusic reviews (which I will add to the article)just pass WP:BASIC to enable a small article, although more references would help.Atlantic306 (talk) 02:55, 25 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
