I can find nothing to suggest that the naval officer is WP:Notable. Delete this to allow Ryan Bell (basketball) to be renamed to this Mayumashu (talk) 23:30, 28 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. The coverage of the naval officer at http://www.nunatsiaqonline.ca/stories/article_print/5666/ and the reference in Kingston class coastal defence vessel to an article he wrote for Trident do not seem to add up to notability. -- Eastmain (talk) 00:29, 29 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
