Comments by accused parties
[edit]See Defending yourself against claims. If you checkuser on me, you will find I am from North Carolina. My IP changes when my router get's turned off (I have Atlantic Telephone Membership Cooperative) and you will find that you will notice that my IP's that are hidden will be random. The only time it doesn't change is two IP's, and that is Brunswick Community College, where I go to school. Who is from Pennsylvania anyway? I also have grammar, thank you very much. Hinata talk 12:25, 25 August 2010 (UTC) Oh, this appears to be a plot to block me, for you see, I have enemies at YouTube. My YouTube username is AboundingHinata, and it appears that someone is stalking me. For you see, I have grammar, I don't troll, and this appears to be an attempt for me to be blocked. For your Reference, the user name is http://www.youtube.com/user/xxFlIM. Checkuser me, and you'll find I am not the sock puppets. Hinata talk 12:31, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
Comments by other users
[edit]- Not really involved here, but User:Hinata would like me to point out this thread to you: User talk:152.31.193.80. (The history of the page might help make more sense of that.) That IP indicates that it is User:Hinata; here Hinata agrees. Though I know this doesn't prove anything, hopefully a checkuser might. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 12:57, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, and look, 68.28.104.248 (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) appears to be impersonating me. Hinata talk 13:04, 25 August 2010 (UTC)

I just added a couple of IP's in the same subnet. They're all the same guy, as they all like to use the term "moron" and they also make accusations of drunkenness. Whether it's Hinata, I couldn't say, as he's certainly not a "new" user, but the IP's could be that same guy (possibly Light current) who impostors other users in an effort to stir the pot. One of the two I posted is already alleged to be a sock of a particular user, Ddd1600, although that user is not currently blocked and his alleged involvement could also be a red herring thrown at us by the IP's, but all of this needs to be looked into. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 06:20, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
- Apparently, both those IPs that were submitted by you here are already under that rangeblock and have not edited since that. –MuZemike 06:23, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
It looks like, from behaviors, that Hinata is a far fetch from Ddd1600 or similar socks. I mean, the former seems to be all over the place as far as edits are concerned while the latter focuses on stuff more specific (like Talk:Libertarianism). –MuZemike 06:34, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
- For what it's worth, the IP's emanate from Pennsylvania, as does another IP who poked his nose into Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/ChildofMidnight, although that IP is alleged to be Grundle6000. An increasingly tangled web. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 06:54, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
- I am from North Carolina. How is this possible? 152.31.193.80 is me. Hinata talk 12:18, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
- BTW, this User:209.188.63.194 is my IP. Although it doesn't get used anymore because my IP changed. Hinata talk 12:21, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
- This appears to be a case of impersonation; I'm not seeing any conclusive link to Hinata, and doesn't match the behaviour of Ddd1600. I'm taking no action here. PeterSymonds (talk) 17:02, 27 August 2010 (UTC)
