EmbeddedSolrServer coreName should be optional

The coreName constructor argument to EmbeddedSolrServer should be optional because it's possible to use EmbeddedSolrServer with admin commands.  That used to not be possible historically but it is today.  Since it's mandatory, I have to use some dummy value which is ugly.
