Solr JDBC does not return multiValue fields or text typed fields

Querying a collection containing multi-valued or text-typed fields returns "Unknown" values for all multi-valued or text-typed fields which are translated as ArrayString type. This type is not queryable, if I understand correctly. Moreover, this issue is not documented at all.
