Casselberry is a city in Seminole County, Florida, United States. The population was 26,241 at the 2010 census. The city is usually considered linked to the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 7.1 square miles, of which 6.7 square miles is land and 0.4 square miles (6.06%) is water. Casselberry features over 30 lakes and ponds, the largest being Lake Howell, the Triplet Chain of Lakes, Lake Kathryn, and Lake Concord. The median home value in Casselberry is $105,300, with the national $184,700. The median rent is $1,039, with the national $949.
Casselberry is part of the Seminole County School system which is rated as one of the top school systems in the country. Schools directly within their borders are Sterling Park Elementary, Red Bug Elementary, Casselberry Elementary, and South Seminole Middle.

Lake Concord Park, with its 150-year old oak trees, shaded open lawn area, amphitheater, playground, and sculpture garden, is a great event venue for all ages. Throughout the year, Lake Concord Park hosts many exciting events, many of them completely free to the community! Across the street from City Hall, Lake Concord has expanded to include more beautifully landscaped walkways, 2 lit fountains, benches, bike racks, an open lawn area for pop-up events, small amphitheater area, kids' playground (coming in March 2018) and 8 pedestals for new sculptures. Bring a friend and come to enjoy a quiet morning stroll or a spectacular afternoon sunset in the park.
Events include: Mardi Gras Music Fest, Spring Jazz & Art Fest, Folk Festival, EarthFest, Rock N' Roll Concert & Car Show, Latin Jazz & Art, Sculpture Walk, ILLuminART, Craft Beer & Blues, Santa Comes to Town, and a Tree Lighting Ceremony.
The City of Casselberry maintains 17 parks ranging from small neighborhood parks to large centers for recreation. Some of these parks include: Branch Tree Park, Forest Brook Park, Red Bug Lake Park, Sunset Park, Lake Concord Park (Also includes the Casselberry Art House.)
