Suggest a better description1. In a Dutch oven, saute carrots, celery, and onion in butter for 10 minutes
2. Add consomme, 4 cups of water, salt, and pepper
3. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender
4. Add turkey and beans, and cook for 5 minutes
5. Combine flour, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining water until smooth
6. Stir into turkey mixture and bring to a boil
7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes
8. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
9. Stir in parsley and poultry seasoning
10. Combine milk and egg
11. Stir into flour mixture until just moistened
12. Drop by tablespoonfuls into simmering stew
13. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
14. Uncover and simmer 10 minutes longer
