Pixar's new animated feature "Coco" charts the journey of a young boy named Miguel as he accidentally journeys to the Land of the Dead on the evening of Dia de los Muertos. The cast assembled by Disney ranges from newcomers to familiar faces, some of whom both sing and do the voice acting in the movie.

"Coco" follows the story of Miguel, a young boy born into a family of shoemakers who wants to be a musician.
12-year-old Anthony Gonzalez is the voice behind Miguel. He does all the singing for his character, too.
Abuelita, Miguel's grandmother, is the matriarch of the family
Renee Victor plays Abuelita. You might recognize her from a recurring role on "Weeds" as Lupita, or from her dozens of other roles since the '80s.
Miguel's parents work the shoe business, along with the rest of Miguel's living family.
Miguel's dad, or Papá, is voiced by "Jane the Virgin" actor Jaime Camil.
Miguel idolizes a famous (and now-dead) singer named Ernesto de la Cruz.
Benjamin Bratt is the voice behind the suave Ernesto de la Cruz.
While in the Land of the Dead, Miguel meets Hector and convinces him to help get him back to the Land of the Living.
Gael García Bernal, whose breakout roles in the US came in "Y Tu Mamá También" and "The Motorcycle Diaries," plays Hector.
One of Miguel's most formidable ancestors is his great-great-grandmother, Mamá Imelda.
Alanna Ubach, who is currently starring on Bravo's "Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce," plays the matriarch Imelda.
While in the Land of the Dead, a clerk tries to help Miguel and his ancestors send the young boy back to the living.
Comedian Gabriel Iglesias, whose stage name is Fluffy, plays the helpful clerk.
