The project has a modern plant and advanced production equipment, process equipment automation, mechanical and electrical integration of a high degree. It has its own, laboratory and independent R & D innovation department. Intermediate frequency electric furnace, spectrum analyzer, centrifugal molding, annealing, spraying zinc, finishing, packaging and other whole assembly line in the industry leading level.

The total investment of the project is estimated to be 380 million yuan, and the plant covers a total area of about 80,000 square meters. The main construction of horizontal static pressure molding casting production line 3, used for the production of various types of castings, casting types of clay sand casting, and the construction of DN80-DN2600 ductile cast pipe production line. After the completion of the project is expected to produce 200 thousand tons of casting products per year.

At the same time, the project has also realized the green, high-end and intelligent transformation from "casting" to "manufacturing" from the traditional casting industry, and has initially constructed an industrial system supported by precision casting, and is committed to building an influential casting and pipe pump valve large-scale production base.

The project is based on the technical transformation project of 450m3 blast furnace with an investment of 110 million yuan, and has realized the direct casting transformation of hot metal. All kinds of castings and DN80-DN2600 kinds of specifications and models of ductile iron pipes have high strength, good toughness, corrosion resistance and long life, which has a competitive advantage in the market.
