The Best Men's Grooming Moves of the Week

Welcome to another edition Grooming Gods; a weekly recap of best men's grooming highs (and sometimes lows) courtesy of our favorite stylish gentleman across the globe. This week messy hair reigned supreme which makes sense considering it's the middle of July and it's hot AF out there.

Matt Bomer's Wavy Slick-Back

When you think of part-free, brushed-back hair Gordon Gekko-types and, uh, Donald Trump come to mind. Incredibly attractive actor Matt Bomer proves that the look can have a little laid-back LA charm, too. Just don't let your hair get too long on top and go lighter on product when you're styling it; both will help your natural texture show itself a bit more.

Zayn Malik's Regular-Guy Beard

This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.

In the name of summer, sweat, and not giving AF, Zayn Malik has dropped that whole "pop star from the year 2047" thing and grown out his hair and beard in the messiest, most unintentional way possible. We're not counting on the pop star keeping this look for very long but we appreciate the nod to normal just the same.

John Boyega's High-and-Tight

Even though we've grown a little tired of the high-and-tight, John Boyega makes the immensely popular cut look mighty good. The whole point of the haircut is to embrace two extremes and Boyega is doing that with those impeccably tight sides and freewheeling length on top. His stylish side-part also adds a little something. This is good, take-to-the-barber stuff.

Macaulay Culkin's Messy Haircut

SPW / Splash News

ICYMI Macaulay Culkin is looking very good these days. The 36-year-old actor cut off his long, rocker hair (and also seems to have gained some weight). Messy, wavy, and 100% part-free, this scissors cut is a very right-now look that also happens to complement Culkin's strong facial features. Let this whole situation be proof that being "handsome" is earned as much as it is bestowed upon you at birth.

Frank Ocean's New Blue Hair

ANGELA WEISS

Frank Ocean's $19 anti-discrimination T-shirt and intimate, hour-long performance at the Panorama Music Festival in New York this week are what everyone's talking about right now but, for what it's worth, the singer's icy blue hair color (which he's rocked before) looks pretty excellent too. That's the beauty of keeping your hair this short; you can switch up your hair color from week to week without it being a very big deal.
