1. Launch Tasker
2. Tap the "+" icon
3. Select Application
4. Now select the app you want apply the settings on(remeber you can select more than one app)
5. Now tap at the back icon on the top left corner of your screen
6. Now select New Task
7. Choose a name for it(optional). I chose Data on
8. Now tap the "+" icon, a dialog box will appear
9. Select Net
10. Select Mobile Data or Wifi as the case may bebe for
11. Change the Off to On
12. Tap the back icon twice
13. You are done.

Whenever you launch the app, your data will be turned on immediately. Once you leave the app, your data will go back to its previous state.
