Hi this is just to give everyone an update of what we are going to be doing over the next few weeks. Tonight we are heading into Caracas to catch the 9.15pm bus to Ciudad Bolivar. This bus is supposed to take 9 hours but apparently it could to take up to 13 haha. But that should be ok as we will be sleeping! Zzzz

This hostel is the best recommended in the lonely planet and is apparently very popular with travellers. Ciudad bolivar itself is supposed to be much more touristy with lots of travellers, so we are very much looking forward to that.
Peter (the guy who owns the hostel) is German, he owns gekko tours who run trips to the Angel Falls. They are also recommend in the lonely planet. Hopefully, if all goes accordingly, we will be taking the 4 day trip to angel falls on the 25th to the 28th.
Once we have completed the tour and get back to Ciudad bolivar, we will be getting another overnight bus to Santa Elena. We will then cross the border into Brazil to Boa Vista. From there another bus to Manaus. And finally we may stay there for a few days and then fly to La Paz, Bolivia.
We will try stay in contact as best as possible but from the 25th we are unsure when we will have Internet.
