Build Your First PixelSquid Design
Working with the spinnable 3D objects in PixelSquid's ever-growing library is incredibly easy. And since every object comes with a perfectly transparent background, you'll be amazed at how quickly you can customize the object for your project.
Follow the tutorial below for a basic overview of how it works.
Step 1: Choose the Perfect Angle
Click and drag the object to spin it until you find the angle you need. When it's perfect, choose the file type you want, then click Download.
Step 2: Add the Object to Your Project
PixelSquid objects can work in any graphic design program when you download them as PNGs. Photoshop users may prefer to download the file as a PSD or use our free Plugin. Simply import the object to your project and place it.
Step 3: Customize the Object
Every PixelSquid object can be customized to match the look and feel of your project. Add lighting, shadows, and other touch-ups to blend the object into its environment.
Voila!
