Is screen printed logo mug dishwasher safe? Asked by Rena
So, it is definitely safer and will last longer than if it were a multi color imprint, but after some time the imprint could come off and a lot depends on the type of dishwasher is being used, the temperature, and would advise to place them on the top rack as well. I would not place the mug in a commercial dishwasher as that will definitely cause the imprint to come off 100% whether it's a 1 or multicolor imprint.

These mugs are bulked packed. We do offer for purchase individual boxes, but the boxes themselves are shipped loose and require insertion by the end user.

Is the mug microwaveable? sounds like you need to handwash the mug? Asked by Heath
A lot depends on the type of dishwasher being used and the temperature. I would advise placing the mug on the top rack as well. I would not place the mug in a commercial dishwasher.

Wow, I can't begin to rave about the service that our rep Candace gave us! She needs to be cloned!! The cup are wonderful. They way they were packed was really great. I have seen no chips or breakage. We are using them as a incentive for members to renew their membership or new people to join. Can't wait to hear the feedback on them. These mugs are great quality! We ordered several inside colours, and they all were vibrant and beautiful! Candace was our rep, and she is amazing to work with! The mugs arrived well packed (none were broken!) and well ahead of the estimated delivery date. I highly recommend these mugs and Candace!

I would give quality a 4 out of 5. The coffee cups were not perfect, but overall pretty good condition. I requested to have the same color Red, inside and on the logo, and it is two different colors. That is something disappointing. Other then that it was a smooth and fast process.
Product and customer service are both top tier!
