We had an amazing experience working with this company! Their team was fantastic, and Alek went above and beyond to make an incredibly tight deadline work for us. We checked with several other companies, and no one else could deliver in time--even for the exact same product. When the mugs arrived, we were thrilled. The engraving of our logo was perfect, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Our staff and board members absolutely LOVE them! They have a great feel--comfortable to hold both in your palm and by the handle--and the color is stunning. I honestly wish I had several more! One small note (which applies to all ceramics): be sure to package them well if you're shipping them individually. We had a couple break in transit, but that was on our end, not the company's. Highly recommend--top-notch quality and outstanding service!
