Paul Hardy, President of St. Agnes Healthcare, is truly grateful for his family. He grew up in Cecilia, Louisiana. The namesake of St. Agnes Healthcare is his mother, Agnes Angelle Hardy, a former resident of St. Agnes Healthcare.
Paul's parents resided together in the nursing home for over three years.
Pictured are Paul's brother Florent "Pon" Hardy, Jr., his mother, on her 100th birthday, his sister, Mary Agnes Hardy de la Housaye Belleau and Paul.
The occasion was the 100th birthday celebration of his mother on November 26, 2004, at the Hardy home in Cecilia. That was three years before she left us to meet Dad in heaven.
A picture from 1974. Because the French language is spoken throughout the Acadiana area, Paul Hardy continues to work to keep it alive. Many of the residents at St. Agnes and some of the staff, speak French. So does Paul Hardy.
