*Trade-in Terms & Conditions:

  1. Designated brands and models of handset, tablet and smartwatch ("Designated Device") for trading-in should include a battery and must function properly.
  2. Trade-in prices vary depending on extent of damage sustained by the Designated Device.
  3. Customers trading-in a Designated Device and subscribing to a new service plan and purchasing a designated handset at the suggested retail price of HK$2,000 or more are entitled to a HK$300 rebate (depending on model being traded-in). The sum will be credited to a customer's 1O1O account at the time of the second month's bill.
  4. CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") will not accept any Designated Device for trading-in if purchased from an unauthorized dealer, or altered in any way.
  5. Customer is responsible to ensure all personal data/photos on a Designated Device have been erased prior to trading-in. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transference of personal data from handset, tablet or smartwatch being traded-in.
  6. Handsets, tablets and smartwatches cannot be reclaimed once traded-in.
  7. Trade-in prices are determined at CSL’s sole discretion.
  8. CSL reserve the right to refuse any Designated Device for trading-in without reason.
  9. CSL reserve the right of final determination in the event of dispute.

^Trade-in selected customer price Terms & Conditions:

  1. Entitlement to purchase a designated handset for the selected customer price requires select customers to sign a 1O1O contract and use the designated service plan continuously for at least 12 months from the date of mobile phone purchase (“Minimum Usage Commitment Period”). Terms & Conditions apply.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional/discount offer and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.
  3. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) reserves the right to vary or cancel this offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
  4. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL shall be final and binding.
  5. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail.
