Our core values are at the center everything we do: service and giving, membership education, personal development and beyond. Alpha Sigma Alpha women live out our values in our daily actions. Alpha Sigma Alpha members bring a full range of identities, perspectives and experiences to the organization. The interplay between these differences and similarities creates the richness of our membership. We are committed to cultivating an inclusive environment where all members feel a sense of belonging. This is only achieved if members feel comfortable expressing every dimension of their authentic selves and trust they will be respected.

As a national sorority we began and will continue to identify how to best position and market the value of the Alpha Sigma Alpha experience to the college women of today and tomorrow, prove and demonstrate our distinct value and relevance, identify barriers and develop strategies to increase retention, increase Alpha Sigma Alpha pride and provide compelling value for lifelong membership, provide insight into how the sorority experience influences members' mental health and well-being and analyze Gen Alpha data to prepare for future collegiate members’ generational challenges.
