I feel like this one is underrated. One of the things that so many romance anime do is have this feeling of frustration for so long that they're not longer enjoyable to watch.
This one didn't have that. Sure there were moments of it, but there are enough changes that nothing feels stagnant.
There are some really entertaining moments in it as well, nothing seems overly used to the point where it felt gimmicky, and so much of it was focused on the development of the characters.
You honestly can't go wrong with this one.

The story centers around Shinohara Erika, a vain 16-year-old girl who tells her friends about her romantic exploits, but she actually has no boyfriend. She claims that a handsome boy in a candid photo is her boyfriend, but it turns out that boy is a schoolmate named Sata Kyouya. She has no choice but to make him her fake boyfriend. Unfortunately, Sata may look like a sweet person, but he is actually an ultra-black-hearted sadist. Sata takes advantage of Erika's weakness and treats her like his dog.

I was really surprised at this series, I was not expecting much of it. As I watched it I was dragged into it and ended up finishing it in one sitting. The characters were in perfect balance with each other and the story progressed very well. I have to say this is a must see for people who enjoy romantic comedies.

Pretty good anime if you're a romance fan and in need of a change of pace. Unlike most shoujo, the main male lead is sort of a jerk! The first few episodes are sort of awkward, however as the story progresses it gets better. Its a short one so don't go watching and expect a masterpiece!! Recommended for romance fans in need of a sweet and sour pick-me-up.

Similar to Ao Haru Ride, but not in any good way, also main character Usui-like is total failure. First thought about this title was: hard to call it romance with this slave relationship. It gets better at the end and finish nicely, that's the best side of this anime. In conclusion: it started being good since like 8th ep. and I enjoyed it since then. From slave to lover throughout 12episodes... Strange one.

A run of the mill romance comedy. The animation is WAY below average, with barely any animation movement going on. Most of the time it's mouth moving only, bodies never showing feet as they walk, or simple sliding of images together to make the viewer think there's "animation". Also, there's lots of talking in still pictures. Nice!
The story is below average, but I am a sucker for this kind so I was stuck watching it till the end.
The comedy was really strong, but at least the romance wasn't over the top.
If you like a show where a woman lowers herself to the floor for a guy, then go for this, you'll enjoy it.
If looking for a better romance comedy watch Tonari no kaibutsu kun
